The Spirit Award is given to an organization that not only shows signs of being a Healthiest Employer ® but one that has developed an employee engagement level above most. This award takes into account the Healthiest Employer Index along with local BBJ newsroom research and insight. Award winners have shown they understand how to engage their workforce, motivate them and have created an healthy work environment worthy of being celebrated.
