Healthiest Employers Hall of Fame – 2023 Inductees
Feb. 24, 2023 – In 2022, we began our Healthiest Employers Hall of Fame. Inductees regularly demonstrate an ongoing commitment to their employees by regularly modifying and altering programs to best fit their populations’ needs. Last year, 20 companies were inducted into the Healthiest Employers Hall of Fame.
#1 Harris Health System
Jan. 19, 2023 – Harris Health System is a fully integrated, community-focused, academic healthcare system dedicated to improving the health of residents in Harris County, Texas, through quality care delivery, coordination of care, and education. The system includes community health centers, same-day clinics, three multi-specialty clinic locations, a dental center and dialysis center, mobile health units, and two full-service hospitals. In addition, Harris Health System recently took over Correctional Health from Harris County.

How Are Employers Selected?
Employers complete the online Assessment. Applicants receive their Healthiest Employers Index (HEI), a 1-100 metric to measure their program. The top ranking 100 finalists are invited to the Awards ceremony.
