2022 Healthiest Employers of Indiana

2022 Finalists

November 30, 2022

In partnership with Springbuk, we are excited to announce our honorees for the 2022 Healthiest Employers of Indiana.

The Great Resignation has left many companies short-staffed and burnt out, but the policies put in place have helped combat these challenges and earn them a spot on this list. Employers have had to think outside of the box when it comes to workplace wellness, as the past few years have provided many challenges to the modern American office.

Data from our survey this year indicates that Indiana applicants:

  • 90% utilize wellness vendor services
  • 55% operate on a hybrid schedule
  • 55% offer at least 5 weeks of paid maternity leave
  • 20% have had a wellness program for more than 15 years

Healthiest Employers congratulates each company for their placement and continued commitment to employee well-being.

Opening the Shoen Family Conference and Fitness Center, a project that was in the works for more than five years, is a dream come true. I see Team Members utilizing the gym, medical clinic, and dentist offices every day.

We recently implemented a new Type 2 diabetes program, which all Team Members can access. This has been one of the biggest health concerns and most costly medical claims for a number of years. Our program can help to reverse Type 2 Diabetes, improving the health and quality of life for our Team Members facing this issue. I am encouraged and empowered to see our team truly reach their goals and become the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves.

Our goals are to continually increase team use of the Shoen Center and decrease the number of Team Members and their family members battling Type 2 diabetes. That is our focus in 2022 while conveying the value and ROI of our wellness program." – Monique Harty
