2025 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America
Oct. 15, 2025

Each year, Healthiest Employers® recognizes the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America, highlighting organizations from across the nation that demonstrate exceptional commitment to employee health and well-being. Participating companies complete the Healthiest Employers assessment, which evaluates six core areas — Culture and Leadership Commitment, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communications and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, and Reporting and Analytics.

The assessment, scored on a 1–100 rubric scale, was developed with input from experts in academia, medicine, wellness, and business. National award eligibility also includes an additional section, the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America, which features essay responses and questions focused on chronic condition management and overall workplace health. For more information on scoring, please visit our methodology page.

Congratulations to this year’s winners!

Please note that the employee count next to each organization only includes full-time employees and their headquartered state. Many companies have multiple offices across the country that have also earned regional recognition.
