Mental well-being is supported through “Let’s Talk” on-site sessions with licensed clinical social workers, expanded therapy sessions in 2025, and 24/7 access to Talkspace, Ginger, and a counseling hotline. Critical incidents are addressed immediately, and the standard EAP program offers free, private therapy sessions. BSD provides on-site financial literacy sessions, access to financial counselors, retirement and 401(k) education, student loan debt assistance, tuition reimbursement, and on-demand webinars to help employees manage their finances.
