Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) offers a distinctive and impactful benefit through its Emergency Hardship Program, launched in December 2021. The program provides crucial financial support to team members facing unexpected catastrophic events, such as natural disasters, family crises, or severe illness, enabling them to focus on recovery without financial stress. The program is notable for its community-driven approach, allowing employees to donate unused PTO, which is converted into financial assistance for colleagues. In 2024, the program delivered $110,675 in aid to 31 employees, including $91,766 in grants and $18,909 in PTO donations.
