TLC conducts “Stay Interviews” with new hires 75 days after employment, and more than 50% of them state that the flexible workplace schedule was a major factor in accepting their job offer. As part of the work-life program, employees can work from home three days a week, with the possibility of complete remote work accommodations if needed. Currently, 3% of the workforce is completely remote. Employees are allowed to adjust their individual schedules throughout the year to accommodate personal home life needs, such as changes during the school year and summer months.
